The regular meeting of the Ouachita Council of Governments is scheduled for the fourth Monday of every month, at 12 noon, in the Council Chambers of the Monroe Government Plaza. The TAC meets quarterly and on an as-needed basis.

Representatives from all over Northeast Louisiana joined the duo, North Delta staff, and Regional Director of Rural Development Charles Chaney at Delta Community College.
