Tuesday, December 12, the Destination Zero Deaths-Northeast Region held its End of the Year Safety Coalition Meeting at North Delta Regional Planning and Development District. Safety stakeholders have 2023 results of safety initiatives in occupant protection, distracted driving, impaired driving, and infrastructure and operations.
Guest speaker Robert Mills of LaDOTD presented on Traffic Incident Management Training. Other reports included: North Louisiana Crime Lab, Ouachita Parish 911 Communications, 4th Judicial District Court DWI Court Program, Sudden Impact, Louisiana State Police, LaDOTD District 05, and Safe Streets for All.
